... it was funded by the Australian Government.
To start this program, we developed a business model that not only addressed the viability of a subscription service, but whether this was the best way to help the needs of homeless women. The answer was yes. And in March 2010, the Australian Government announced they would invest to help us get the program up and running. Which is what we’re doing.
